Political Reflections about the meeting

As Ekipo Guatemala appreciate that our commitment to this meeting to be possible, was to take a look from lesbian feminists in the region, in a neoliberal context, racist, femicide, militarized, and from this view decided to carry out a critical review of the positions and political stakes that we as lesbian feminist movements.

the VIII construction process meant deep reflection and discussion, in which rescue the most important thing was to see us, feel, discuss among ourselves as lesbian feminists. This debate we wanted to focus on the context, the history of each of the movements, the lesbian feminist genealogy, the radical and the rebellion that has meaning names and positions from a position facing the regime and those thoughts heteroreal sustained and systematic support today this world system.
